Beetroot Juice

Ingredients :

Betroot              -     A Small Piece

Lemon Juice      -      1 Table Spoon

Water                -      1 Cup

Sugar                -       1 Table Spoon

Method :

In a blender, add a small piece of beetroot  and water . Blend it and extract juice . To this add Sugar and Lemon Juice.
